We offer a variety of shipping options. In some cases, a third party vendor may manage our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We prepare your order in 3-5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and holidays) and it will be delivered according to the Delivery Times established by the Shipping Rate

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS MISSED OR LOST?
Rosyshop1 assumes no responsibility in case of loss of the package once it has been handed over to the courier for shipping.
Any problems regarding delivery or non-arrival of the package must be handled directly with the courier or postal service used for shipping.
It is recommended that you contact the courier for assistance in tracking your package or to request any investigation into any loss.
